LIGHT MEALS

The Garden Terrace is a beautiful gathering place, and the ideal setting to augment your concert-going experience.

Information about the dining option on offer for each concert is available at the end of each event page

Offerings include light lunches, antipasti platters, wood-oven pizza banquets and buffet meals. More details about each of these meals, including dietary alternatives, can be found below.

The bar is open ninety minutes before each performance and during interval, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or barista coffee. A variety of sweets are also available to purchase.

Due to catering requirements and limited capacity, please pre-book the dining option in advance, and note that all food offerings are in addition to the cost of the concert and require a separate booking.

ANTIPASTI PLATTERS (from $33 per platter; serves 2)

Platters are designed to be shared between two people and can be picked up from the bar from ninety minutes prior to the performance.

Antipasti Platters come in variations to suit dietary requirements (see below). This dietary requirement will be applied to the entire platter and no splitting is available; if you have other allergies, please inform on the order note and we will do our best to accommodate, noting this may not always be possible.

Standard
| Birky's French Paté (GF), Paris Creek Ash Brie, Maggie Beer Cheddar, olives, cornichons, chutney, vegetables, bread and crackers. Option to add charcuterie for an additional $8.

Gluten Free | Birky's French Paté (GF), Paris Creek Ash Brie, Maggie Beer Cheddar, olives, cornichons, chutney, vegetables and crackers. Option to add charcuterie for an additional $8.

Vegetarian
 | Birky's White Bean and Black Truffle Paté (VG, GF), Paris Creek Ash Brie, Maggie Beer Cheddar, olives, cornichons, chutney, vegetables, bread and crackers.

Vegan
 | Birky's White Bean and Black Truffle Paté (VG, GF), hummus, falafel, olives, cornichons, vegetables, bread and crackers.

LIGHT LUNCH ($17 per person)

A hearty pie with salad greens. Pie flavours include Chicken and Vegetable, Lamb and Rosemary, and Hearty Steak. Flavour of the day is listed at the point of purchase. 

Gluten free pies, vegan pies (spicy lentil), and vegetarian quiche are also available.

Please note: If you have dietary requirements, there are various options available, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. If you have specific allergies, these may not be able to be accommodated, so please contact us prior to ordering to check. 

Soup

HEARTY SOUP AND BREAD ($17 per person)

All soups are vegetarian and gluten free.

If you require gluten free bread, please select the gluten free option when ordering.

If you have other specific dietary requirements, these may not be able to be accommodated – please contact us to check.

WOOD OVEN PIZZA BANQUET ($44 per person)

Come and enjoy this special pre-concert dining experience: a Roman-style, wood-oven pizza banquet by pizzaiolo Mattia.

We can cater for gluten free*, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements, however due to the nature of the service, last-minute changes, add-ons or other dietaries can’t be accommodated.

*Gluten free patrons will be served one individual pizza ($35). This is unfortunately not suitable for coeliacs, due to the possible presence of residual flour in the oven.

Vegetarian and vegan pizzas will be served in the banquet style.

Please note that, as per our light lunch offerings, the pizza banquet requires one booking per person.

BAR PLATTER ($45; serves two)

Standard | Smoked salmon, capers, truffled mushroom arancini with parmesan, sourdough with rosemary and olive oil garnish, feta cheese, olives, pickled vegetables, salted butter.

Gluten Free | Smoked salmon, capers, truffled mushroom arancini (GF) with parmesan, GF sourdough with rosemary and olive oil garnish, feta cheese, olives, pickled vegetables, salted butter.

Vegetarian | Birky’s white bean and black truffle pâté, truffled mushroom arancini, sourdough with rosemary and olive oil garnish, feta cheese, olives, pickled vegetables, salted butter.

Vegan | Birky’s white bean and black truffle pâté, truffled mushroom arancini, sourdough with rosemary and olive oil garnish, dolmades, olives, pickled vegetables.
