Spanish pianist Javier Perianes has garnered international renown as an artist of exquisite finesse and intelligence. Performing in Australia with the Sydney and Tasmanian Symphony Orchestras, Javier also makes his debut at UKARIA.
Composer Franz Liszt was captivated and inspired by the great operas of Verdi, and by his relationship with French courtesan Marie Duplessis, the real La traviata. Virtuoso pianist Konstantin Shamray showcases Liszt's music in a passionate recital with guest soprano Fiona McArdle.
